Yes, participants in the Training of Trainers program at ITSMBA are trained practically and equipped with leadership skills to lead a startup in the future. In the beginning of the internship-based ToT program, participants are required to declare a future goal that is personally significant to them. Their training and development are then tailored to align with this declared future. Throughout the program, participants are trained with their future goals in mind. They take on responsibilities and accountabilities that prepare them for their intended future, developing themselves to a level where they can successfully achieve their goals.
