Training of Trainers

ITSMBA provides a platform for Training of Trainers for Management and Business Skills or Acumen. The Participants get trained as Business and Management Trainer for Vocational Skills as well as professional acumen. The complete program is divided into 4 levels first two levels are: O level and A level. On completion of O level And A level the participant is eligible for apprenticeship as certified vocational trainer for business skill. The competency developed during O level and A level are related with skills necessary for most of the businesses specially micro and small business. Each level is divided into two semesters. Each semester is divided into two quarters. Each quarter are of 3 month of duration. This division into levels, semesters and quarters provides visibility to the participant for skill sets in which he/she is going to be effective. The contents of various semesters or quarters gives you a clear picture of the competency’s in person is going to be trained.

Program Implementation

The program implementation resembles more with a workplace rather than any academy called training institution. However the transcripts are given to impression of educational, academic or training institution. The purpose of transcripts is to monitor the development of a person while working on real life business or working in a real business environment. Every semester is having its objective. Every quarter is having its intention to be fulfilled to the participants. There are 2 domains in every semester or in every level 1 domain is related to the skills and competencies important for business, management and administration. The other domain is related to training and development, coaching and leadership, the real planning career development, personal productivity and effectiveness, team building or similar competency’s important to sustain a career and expansion for a lifetime. 

Objective of Training Structure

The objective of this setup or structure is to create teamwork at a workplace. This structure also ensures the critical actions required for the expansion and growth of the business. Many times business lack expansion or workability due to insufficient or inadequate availability of human resources.
