This program offers hands-on, internship-based training, helping participants develop the practical skills required to excel in various roles, such as Business Managers, Management Skill Trainers, Corporate Trainers, Independent Consultants, and more.

- Structured Internship Levels: Progress through four levels (O-Level, A-Level, B-Level, and C-Level), each lasting one year, focusing on building core and advanced management skills.
- Earn While You Learn: Participants receive stipends after completing O-Level training, promoting financial independence during their development.

Application Process

Step 5: Registration and Induction
Selected candidates will register and complete a three-month Bridge Program, preparing them for O-Level internship training.
Step 6: Begin O-Level Internship Training
