Affiliates or Chapters
This sub site takes care of chapters or affiliates at different locations, associates with the organization ITSMBA. It takes care of database, activities, and announcements of various chapters. Chapters communicate with the central point (or head office) through this sub site. The progress of chapters would be visible through this sub site.
The progress of affiliates would be interns, of their activities and the number of students registered. In other words the accounts of affiliates would be manages through this sub site. At the front end it would be a public site which will help the locals to see or locate a chapter near them. It’s possible to publicize and promote this sub site individually through SEO or other promotional techniques. The SEO or promotion of this site will invite people to open new chapter in unrepresented areas.
On the front end would tell the audience role of chapters, objectives of chapters and benefits of chapters to the COI. The COI of chapters of affiliates could be business establishments, educational institutions, private training centers or organizations or NGO’s which are working locally for the cause of society or community and local level. This sub site is a kind of b2b website. The org promoting vocational education, employability, among the youth can also be interested in opening their local chapters.
What Chapter does?
- Promoting awareness locally among youth, regarding business and management skill and its importance.
- Awareness of importance of career as corporate business trainer.
- To ensure ongoing training of existing trainers in that area.
- To provide Human resources to local business to support local businesses to develop their own Human Resources of their existing man power to promote peace, harmony, unity and sense of accomplishment among people working in this area within an organization or among the organization. To ensure persistent and consistent career of people working in this area through their ongoing training and development and handholding among each other.
