Certified Vocational Business Skill Trainer O - Level
Vocational Business Skills O-Level is the First Level of the Program is start-up level or Initial Level. This level is sometime referred as zero level or orientation level. The objective of this level is to introduce the participant to the world of business, management and administration. The participant get present to the criticality of the career in one’s life. It is ensured through training and assignment that participant clear about the future she want to see. Once the person is clear about the future then she clear about the process of manifesting that future. It is ensured that program’s participants get to know the importance of ensuring reality and reliability of having career. The Participant get access to ensure the career of her choice with reality and reliability. This program ensures training and development in two Domains: Management and IT Skill Domain | Training and Development (T & D) Domain. Both Semesters of O-Level includes 2 Quarters each of three months.

Curriculum
O-Level | Semester 01 - Management Induction
1st Semester includes 2 Quarters, one is Career Consciousness Quarter and second is Career Development Process Quarter. The intention of this semester is to ensure that every participant is aware about the future which he/she is going to ensure. Once the person is settled with designation, role and intended future, one need to know the career development process which is reliable and practically feasible.
